I hope everyone is well. I am sure you dying to get out on the course. We are also wanting to get open as soon as possible and get you all playing. The course is looking great and George and myself have now finished painting the exterior of the Clubhouse.
We are awaiting the next government announcement to see if/when the course(s) will be allowed to open. Once we hear anything at all we will publish the date of opening.
Once we are open it will be play by booking only, we are still in the dark as to whether it will be 2 balls etc. Details of the new regulations will be published once we know anything.
The Rover ticket/playing ticket will begin for the new season the day we open for play, and will last 12 months from that date.
Everyone who wishes to play must have a valid ticket for the forthcoming season. In order to prepare for that, we are going to be open at set times to take renewals for the year.
I will be in the Pro Shop this coming Saturday and Sunday 9th & 10th May for Renewals. This is for the following:
. Ticket renewals.
. Payment by card only
. By telephone only.
There will be no exceptions to this for this weekend.
I will be opening at times next week for people to come down and renew in person. This will have to be done in a safe manner and i will publish the times by the weekend.
New people wishing to join will have to join and pay in full for the season, no Direct Debit facility is possible at this time.
Please Note: Current Direct Debit payees: payments will continue as automatic from your bank. Anyone who has cancelled their Direct Debit will have to pay in full as above, if they wish to play at the start of the our new season, when we open.
Please be patient when calling, i will be there each day this weekend for 6 hours so keep trying if the line is busy.
